ParseExact(String,String[],IFormatProvider,DateTimeStyles) Method

Converts the requested string representation of a date and time into its SmartDate equivalent using the user-provided, culture-specific format information and style while adhering to any of several specific formats.

Parameters

s
A string representation of the date and time to convert to.
formats
An array of format strings to adhere to.
provider
Custom formatting provider supplied by the application.
styles
Custom formatting styles supplied by the application.

Return Value

A SmartDate equivalent to the date and time described by s using formatting information provided by provider and the formatting styles identified by the styles argument.
